Rental Fee

The rent covers the entire villa, including the private garden and swimming pool, as well as all other facilities (water, gas, satellite TV, Internet). Only the electricity costs will be charged on a separate basis, according to the meter readings (0.25€/kWh).

From the beginning of June until the end of September Casa Carlita is for rent only for a minimum period of 1 week and a maximum period of 2 weeks. From the beginning of October until the end of May the minimum period is also 1 week. Long-term rental (1 month or longer) is also possible at this time of the year at special prices. The rental term is from Saturdays 4pm until Saturdays 11am.

The villa provides room for 6 to 8 persons. No pets are allowed.

No smoking is allowed inside the villa.
